Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• BCLS, ACLS, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the patients physiologic health status.
• Assesses patients psychosocial health status.
• Identifies patient outcome.
• Formulates the plan of care and establishes the priorities necessary to achieve expected outcome.
• Implements the plan of care.
• Participates in patient and family education.
