Surgery Partners in McKinney, TX seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care across the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases within the operating room. This role requires a valid Texas RN license and active BLS certification.

The successful candidate will have ACLS and PALS or be willing to complete them within 3 months, at least 2 years of OR experience, and strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Competenze

• Current Texas RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certification or completion within 3 months of hire date.

Mansioni

• Performs assessment/data collection focusing on physiologic, psychological and cognitive status.
• Formulates a goal-directed plan of care based on Nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes.
• Implements care in a knowledgeable, skilled manner to achieve patient outcomes.
• Establishes priorities for patient care based on needs and available resources.
