Tampa General Hospital, Brandon Healthplex is seeking a part-time Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room to provide direct patient care and contribute to perioperative teams. The role requires OR experience, Florida RN licensure, and ACLS with 6 months of emergency or ICU exposure, across GI, Urology, Plastics, and other specialties.

The position emphasizes adherence to policies, patient rights, documentation, and updating care plans within a mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
• ASC experience preferred.
• Operating Room experience highly preferred.
• ACLS and minimum 6 months of Emergency or ICU Experience.
• Specialties Include: GI, Urology, Pain/Spine, Parathyroid, Plastics, Breast Oncology, Dental, Orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care to patients under general supervision.
• Plans and implements nursing care and documents assessments.
• Identifies situations requiring intervention and communicates a goal-directed plan of care.
