Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Florida RN license.
• ASC experience preferred in ENT, ophthalmology, general surgery, or orthopedics.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative nursing care in ASC settings.
• Assess patients, develop care plans, document findings, and communicate changes.
• Administer medications, start IVs, monitor for adverse reactions, and perform standard nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and other nurses to ensure safe patient care.
• Uphold HIPAA, infection control, and aseptic technique; educate patients and families.
