Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in the OR for Ashland, Massachusetts. The role focuses on direct patient care, assessments, planning, and implementing nursing interventions on a per-shift basis.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, and manage medications according to hospital policy. A background check and health screening are required, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with OR experience and current licensure.
• BLS and ACLS (and related certifications) as applicable.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care in the OR per shift.
• Supervise staff as delegated and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Administer medications and follow hospital policies during emergencies.
