The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing; Iowa RN license; BLS; and a willingness to obtain licensure in the other state within 12 months. OT schedule is 40 hours weekly, day shifts, with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in Nursing.
• BSN is preferred but not required.
• Current Iowa RN license; MercyOneGenesis requires licensure in IA or IL with a second state within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs OR nursing duties as scrub and circulator per guidelines.
• Maintains sterile technique and patient safety throughout cases.
• Documents care and participates in team communication and improvements.
