Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual domains.
• Develop and implement care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic nursing interventions including IVs, wound care, meds, and catheterization.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use IT for communication and decision support.
• Advocate for patient health, safety and rights.
• Educate patients and families based on learning needs.
