Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse to facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing; RN License in state of employment.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical Requirements: Medium Work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; evaluate response and intervene to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain patient charts and records; document status, interventions, and outcomes; use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
