Prisma Health is seeking an experienced perioperative RN for Greenville Memorial Hospital's Operating Room. The selected nurse will provide direct patient care across CVOR, Neuro, Difficult Airway, Transplant and Ophthalmology services, and will participate in calls including weekends.

Position requires RN licensure in the applicable state, with a minimum of one year of perioperative experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient advocacy, and adherence to infection prevention and safety

Qualificações

• Must hold RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in perioperative settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care in the operating room and perioperative services.
• Document surgical procedures, counts, and prep for complex cases.
• Operate and prepare surgical equipment and devices for procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing protocol.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate discharge planning with the care team.
