Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking an Operating Room RN Circulator to provide safe, high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment, supporting orthopedic, general surgery, OB/GYN, robotic, and endoscopy procedures.

Location is Forest City, NC area with a 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule, plus one to two weekly shifts and a $20,000 commitment bonus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of direct OR Circulator RN experience.
• Orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and OB/GYN procedure experience.
• North Carolina or Compact RN license with North Carolina endorsement.
• Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred.
• BLS within 30 days and ACLS within 90 days.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Complete preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative assessments.
• Circulate during surgical procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers and surgical technologists.
