Daley And Associates, LLC is partnering with a Western North Carolina hospital to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse for the OR Circulator role. This nurse will support a fast-paced surgical team and gain exposure to orthopedic, general, and robotic procedures, including da Vinci.

The role emphasizes perioperative nursing across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases, with strong collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina RN License or Compact Multi-State License with NorthCarolina privileges
• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of Operating Room/Surgical Circulating RN experience required
• Experience circulating orthopedic and general surgery procedures
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire

Our client, an established acute-care hospital in Western North Carolina, is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Operating Room team as an OR Circulator. This is a strong opportunity for an RN who enjoys a collaborative, fast-paced surgical environment and wants exposure to a diverse range of procedures and advanced surgical technology.

Responsibilities

Schedule

• Typical schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Approximately 1–2 call shifts per week
