Job summary

Devine Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN Circulator in Forest City, NC to provide safe, high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment supporting orthopedic, general surgery, OB/GYN, robotic, and endoscopy procedures.

The role offers a salary range of $70,000–$90,000, a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and one to two weekly on-call shifts with a 30‑minute callback; a $20,000 commitment bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of direct OR Circulator RN experience.
• Orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and OB/GYN procedures experience.
• NC or Compact RN license with NC endorsement.
• Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred.
• BLS within 30 days and ACLS within 90 days.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Complete preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative assessments.
• Circulate during surgical procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers and surgical technologists.
