TalentBurst is assisting University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT to fill an Operating Room Registered Nurse role. The assignment spans 16 weeks with a rotating day/evening schedule and 10-hour shifts, onsite in Burlington.

Requires 2+ years OR experience, large trauma level 1 exposure, and recent Epic EMR experience. Circulate and scrub skills are mandatory; travel mileage is tiered. Flexibility and reliability are essential for patient care.

• Must have large (500 beds) trauma level 1 experience.
• Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable.
• Please have circulate AND scrub skills checklists in packet.
• Strong experience required: Gen OR.
• Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between day/evening schedules and flexible block patterns.
• Cover OR duties with circulating and scrub responsibilities.
• Adapt to unit needs and patient care requirements.
• Travel assignments include mileage-based pay and weekly stipends.

Operating Room Registered Nurse #26-31157

$3,420 - $3,460/week Burlington, VT

RN-Registered Nurse // OR - Operating Room $2,100 weekly stipends $33 - $34/hour $1,320.0 - $1,360 weekly base pay Onsite Contract Starts 10/12/2026 16 weeks

Day Shift 10 hours/day 4 days/week

Registered Nurse - Operating Room 16 weeks Burlington , VT Shift - 10H Rotating 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Facility: University of Vermont Medical Center

Comments And Notes: Replacement. Assignment for 16-26 weeks. Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles ), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)

Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

OR RN: Rotating between day/evening schedules. The pattern is typically three-day shifts plus one off shift. Off shift options are 0845-1915, 1045-2115, or 1245- 2315. Call is one weekday call per week plus one 24-hour call in each four-week schedule block. Must be flexible with schedule to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.

• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday
• No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 11/02
