TalentBurst is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week onsite contract in Boston, MA. The role requires scrub and/or circulate experience across general surgery, robotics, transplants, orthopedics, neuro, spine, ENT, GYN, and trauma, with organ procurement exposure preferred.

Shift is 12 hours, night schedule 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The assignment offers guaranteed hours and a mix of stipend and base pay with 72 hours biweekly guarantees.

Qualifications

• Must have transplant, trauma and neuro experience.
• Experience with robotics in the OR and general surgery appreciated.
• Night shift availability and 13-week contract requirements.

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call” time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission - flu required prior to acceptance - MUST HAVE KIDNEY TRANSPLANT, NEURO, SPINE, ORTHO TRAUMA AND ROBOTICS EXPERIENCE - Must have transplant, trauma and neuro experience West Main OR - 12H Night 7PM - 7AM. This is for any shift the traveler is actually contracted for. No call requirements when working nights. Holidays eligible to work: any while on contract RTO must be approved Skills: Scrub AND/OR circulate general surgery, robotics, transplants, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT (primarily head & neck); GYN, Urology; trauma, organ procurement OR West consists of 10 operating rooms and focuses on Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery. The team cares for patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants. NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Start date: ASAP starts, 4 weeks out for compliance Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for *** as perm or per diem within the last 6 months - MUST be separated from facility for 6 months to be considered - Parking can cost up to ***/day in some cases for days, ***/night.
