• o Day Shift – 1 CNC; 7 RN, 10 CST, 3-4 FA s, 4 PCT, 2 Anesthesia tech, 1 Supervisor, 1 Director
• o Night Shift – On Call only
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – multi specialty
• EMR – Meditech converting to Expanse
• Typical hiring profile
• Skill Set Most recruited for:
• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• RN minimum 2 years experience
• Orthopedics, general, urology, gyn,
• Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• ENT, Vascular experience (non Cardiac)
• Pediatric
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Open/Laparoscopic/Robotic general cases (i.e. appy, chole, some bariatrics)
• Robotic orthopedics
• Total knees/hips; trauma orthopedic
• Laparoscopic/robotic hysterectomies; tubal ligations; emergent interventions
• Best personality Fit:
• Team player willing to jump in and keep the day moving. Someone who has initiative and drive.
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• ACLS and BLS preferred
• Registered Nurse License
• Weekends and On call(if any)
• On call required including weekly and 1 weekend a month.
