TalentBurst is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Boston, MA. You will cover 10-hour shifts (evening) with guaranteed hours and travel-eligible assignment specifics such as on-call requirements and weekend coverage.

MA license is required, with strong OR and orthopedic experience preferred. Start date is 11/02/2026, with 13 weeks of assignment at BIDMC and a base expectation of 72 hours biweekly across shifts.

10 hours/day 4 days/week

Travel - Registered Nurse - Operating Room

13 weeks

Boston , MA

Shift - 10H Evening 03:00 PM - 01:30 AM

Facility: BIDMC

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call” time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. MA License required -10H evening rotating shifts - start times 9am, 11am or 3pm, with ability to flex to days (starting at 7am) - There are 2 short calls and 2 calls for weekend/weeknights per 4 week schedule - Short call is 2 hrs after a shift, Weekend are covered by call 7a-7p or 7p-7a once a month. Over night week night call 7p-7a if working days once per week. STRONG Ortho experience required About OR East: The East Campus has 20 OR - cares for patients undergoing Gynecology, General, Urology, Robotics, Oncology, Orthopedics (Joint Replacements, Sports medicine, and Oncology), Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastic, and Interventional Pulmonology surgical procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• -1-3 years related work experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Start date: ASAP starts - at least 4 weeks out for compliance Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for *** as perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for six months to be considered.
