Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in an operating room environment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and read and write English.
• Ability to perform duties requiring standing, walking, stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and environment prior to surgery.
• Transport and transfer patients as necessary.
• Maintain unit, stock supplies, and prep rooms for next case.
• Assist with delivery of medical supplies, information, and products between departments.
• Demonstrate caring, safe and efficient experiences consistent with Memorial Hermann service standards.
