Job summary

LifeBridge Health’s Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is seeking a Sterile Room Assistant to monitor par levels of sterile supplies in the OR and assist with room preparation and setup for procedures. You will support patient care across pre, intra, and post-operative phases, ensuring readiness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, American Heart BLS CPR certification, and willingness to obtain Medical Terminology within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; American Heart BLS CPR Certification.
• If Medical Terminology is not on hire, must obtain within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ORs are thoroughly cleaned and prepared.
• Facilitate room setup for procedures in the OR within established standards and time frames.
• Provide assistance with patient care pre-, intra-, and postoperatively.
