ECU Health North Hospital in North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Manager, Nursing (ANM) to assist the Nurse Manager in supervising nursing services, coordinating care, and documenting nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with provider orders and policies.

The ANM will promote quality outcomes, staff development, and operational efficiency while upholding patient- and family-centered care. A strong focus on leadership and collaborative teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher degree required.
• Current unrestricted RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience; leadership/charge nurse experience preferred.
