Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island.
• Ability to perform peri-operative nursing care in operating room settings.
• Ability to monitor and respond to patient conditions during and after surgery.

Responsibilities

• Renders professional nursing care to peri-operative patients, including chart review, meds administration, IVs, blood, ECG, venipuncture and other treatments.
• Acts as scrub or circulating nurse during surgical procedures and assists in post-anesthesia recovery.
• Participates in care planning, monitors vitals, documents patient status, and communicates with physicians and surgeons.
