Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Render professional nursing care to peri-operative patients, including chart review, medications, IVs, labs, and procedures.
• Initiate or participate in life-saving procedures as needed.
• Plan and implement nursing care for assigned patients.
• Evaluate treatment plans and contact physicians as required.
• Maintain patient charts and ensure orders are carried out.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance as requested.
• Maintain professional expertise through education activities.
