Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care in a fast-paced OR department. The RN uses the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring safe passage for patients and adherence to the Texas Nursing Practice Act and staff competencies.

Qualifications

• Education as RN with accredited program.
• Nursing major and licensure requirements.
• Call requirement: approximately 1-3 call shifts per month; live within 30 minutes of hospital.
• Requires 2 years of recent OR experience; Trauma experience preferred.
