Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or two years of related experience above minimum qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate patient care using nursing process and Texas Nursing Practice Act.
• Delegate interventions and ensure patient safety.
• Identify patient and family needs and advocate for them.
