Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent experience.
• Major in Nursing with a valid RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using the nursing process and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate patient care and delegate interventions based on patient condition.
• Promote safe patient transitions and prevent delays or complications.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships and provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care.
• Support continuous learning and evidence-based practice among staff.
