Mercy is offering an Operating Room RN Residency & Earn as You Learn Program for nursing students at Mercy Hospital STL in Missouri. This 6-month post-graduation residency includes classroom, online, and hands-on clinical training designed to prepare you for circulating and scrub roles in a Level I Trauma Center.

Participants are paid a stipend during the senior practicum, commit to an RN residency, and may pursue bridge programs (ASN to BSN, BSN to MSN) with additional tuition support and loan

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support learners through classroom didactics, online modules, and hands-on practice.
• Participate in a 5-month residency with mentorship following the program.
• Transition into a service-line mentorship with focused training.
