Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date or transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed by the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• 3 years of experience, with 1 year in leadership or management.
• 3+ years OR RN leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nurse Manager operations, workflows, and staffing to support patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements and quality standards.
• Direct staff hiring, training, development, and evaluation for nursing teams.
