United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking an Operating Room Nurse Manager for our outpatient surgery center in Arizona. The role focuses on leadership of OR operations with oversight of anesthesia and sterile processing, while supporting patient care across multiple specialties.

A sign-on bonus is offered and non-night/weekend/holiday shifts are included. The ideal candidate will have extensive surgical experience as a circulator and in surgery management, plus a nursing license

Formación

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• Baccalaureate degree preferred.
• Five (5) years' experience in surgery as circulator.
• Two (2) years' experience in surgery management which includes pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care.
• Current Arizona RN License- BLS.
• CNOR preferred- Independent decision making skills.

• Identify cost-effective systems to support the department's business needs.
• Establish effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors.
• Address issues through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to meet Facility goals.
• Oversee surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services.
• Assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.

Operating Room Nurse Manager Job Summary:

• The OR Manager is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals.
• The Manager identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers.
• This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors.
• The Manager identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement.
• The Department Manager works with Senior Management in meeting Facility goals.
• Oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services.
• Assists as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.
