The candidate will perform perioperative nursing tasks in line with AORN/ASPA standards, maintain proficiency across the service line, and contribute to a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher is required.
• Texas RN license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years RN experience in Operating Room.
• Ability to work with a single service line.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality age-specific patient care in the OR.
• Develop effective working relationships with ASC and Clinic teams.
• Communicate patient conditions clearly to physicians, anesthesia, management, staff, patients and families.
• Perform safe and competent operative nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Follow AORN/ASAPAN standards for perioperative nursing.
