Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Active RN license in state of practice needed.
• Bachelor’s degree BSN strongly preferred, within 3 years of hire.

Responsabilités

• Interacts with co-workers, patients, their family/designated care partner(s) and other staff to deliver optimal healthcare.
• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
• Uses information technology to communicate, manage knowledge, and monitor outcomes of care processes.
