Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; RN with 15+ years may satisfy the requirement in lieu of an education agreement
• Advanced Nursing degree (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP) preferred
• RN license in Washington State or MSL endorsement
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by facility
• Certification in specialty area preferred
• One year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating ongoingly
• Use nursing process to deliver care per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality, patient experience and cost
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
