Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a staff RN for a hospital-based care team. You will apply specialized nursing care and a multidisciplinary approach, supporting professional development and open communication within the team.

The role features a 0.9 FTE with night shifts and 12-hour schedules, including alternating weekends, in a dynamic environment focused on quality of care and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or attained within five years of hire.
• Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ACLS or equivalent as required by department.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.
• Advanced nursing degree preferred (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP).

Responsibilities

• Organize and evaluate patient care continuously.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
