Job summary

MultiCare Health System seeks a Staff RN to join the hospital-based team in Olympia. This 0.9 FTE night shift (12-hour nights) role offers opportunities to apply specialized nursing training within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years from date of hire.
• RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by facility.
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and the health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care honoring diverse backgrounds.
