Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in Texas with BLS certification. Experience in a hospital setting and strong communication skills are essential; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (AHA or Red Cross) certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Diploma in Nursing acceptable for certain pools.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage patients in assigned units per Nursing Practice Act and hospital standards.
• Float internally across units within the department/pavilions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams; document care.
• Participate in maintaining high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
