Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Las Colinas in Irving, TX is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. Mid-Shift 8:30 am - 7:00 pm with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

As an OR Circulator, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, coordinate across disciplines, and uphold sterile technique. Texas RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current TX Nursing License.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Delivers indirect and direct patient care according to established standards in the OR, considering patient age and risk factors.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment with documentation to guide care.
• Performs or participates in emergency calls as assigned.
• Coordinates care across disciplines and settings.
• Maintains sterile technique and applies standard precautions in all procedures.
