Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Las Colinas in Irving, TX is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. Mid-Shift 8:30 am - 7:00 pm with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current TX Nursing License.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in operating room preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct and indirect patient care according to standards, considering age and risk.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment with documentation for care planning.
• Takes emergency call as assigned and coordinates care across disciplines.
• Maintains sterile technique and follows standards of practice.
• Documents all nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Acts as a patient advocate and supports colleagues and physicians.
