Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Registered Nurse-OR for the Lexington, KY operating room.

This full-time role on the first shift (0645-1915) supports pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in a multi-room department with a 15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• BLS certification required; to be obtained within 30 days if not current.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia as department requires.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs and develop care plans.
• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Supervise and delegate to PCTs, LPNs, and unit staff.
• On-call weekends/holidays as rotating.
