Baptist Health Lexington is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This full-time role in Lexington, KY includes a 5x8 schedule with weekends/holidays on-call by rotation and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified individuals.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, direct patient care, and leadership in the OR, supporting quality care and a healing environment. Requires Kentucky RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required per department.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing.
• BLS certification required; obtain within 30 days if not certified.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and department requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and contribute to development of care plans.
• Provide direct patient care in the OR setting.
• Manage patient care delivery and ensure standards of practice.
• Demonstrate leadership and coordinate with the team.
• Supervise and delegate to Patient Care Techs and other staff.
• Support a healing, patient-centered environment.
