Job summary

USPI Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Main Streetis seeking an organized Operating Room Manager to lead 5 ORs and 2 treatment rooms in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. You will align operations with the facility’s goals, drive quality improvements, and manage costs while maintaining patient safety and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, staff, and management, with flexibility to assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech when required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with valid Texas RN license.
• Minimum five years in surgery as circulator; two years in management.
• State-of-the-art OR operations coordination and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surgical services, anesthesia, and sterile processing.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and vendors to drive quality and efficiency.
• May function as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as needed.
