Job summary

USPI Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Main Street is seeking an experienced Operating Room Manager to lead our team across five OR rooms and two treatment spaces. The role emphasizes efficient surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing management while improving patient satisfaction and staff performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Senior Management, ensuring high-quality care, and occasionally serving as an RN Circulator or Scrub Tech.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in surgery as circulator.
• Two (2) years’ experience in surgery management including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care.
• Current Texas RN License—BLS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services to align with goals.
• Drive improvements using patient and staff feedback.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and may assist as RN Circulator/Scrub Tech as needed.
