Job summary

USPI Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Main Street seeks an organized Operating Room Manager to lead our surgical services. You will oversee surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing to ensure efficient patient flow and cost-effective operations.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, CNOR preferred, 5 years in surgery as circulator and 2 years in management. Excellent communication and decision-making are essential; occasional early mornings are possible.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas required
• CNOR preferred
• Five (5) years’ experience in surgery as circulator
• Two (2) years’ experience in surgery management including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care

Responsibilities

• Oversee surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services.
• Drive improvements using patient satisfaction and staff feedback.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to meet facility goals; may assist as RN Circulator/Scrub Tech when needed.
