The role requires 3 years of OR/SPD experience, a high school diploma or GED, and Sterile Processing certification within 12 months of hire. You will support surgeons and perioperative staff while adhering to policies and safety standards.

• Minimum 3 years in a sterile processing or OR environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Sterile Processing certification within 12 months of hire.
• Certification in Sterile Processing within 12 months of hire is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily activities between OR and SPD to ensure efficient case flow.
• Review surgery schedule and communicate instrument needs to SPD.
• Document tray errors, case cart audits, and instrument issues in tracking systems.
