Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of inventory experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Ability to stand, move supplies and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency in Excel, inventory and database software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory support for operating rooms and cross-train at other surgical centers.
• Place orders and forecast future needs based on usage and product levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate stock replenishment when needed.
• Reconcile discrepancies between orders and received inventory.
• Manage incoming deliveries and ensure proper stock rotation and expiration date review.
