RWJBarnabas Health is seeking experienced RNs to join our System‑Wide Float Pool. In this role, RNs will gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within their specialty area while floating to multiple sites throughout the RWJBH system. The RNs support the team and patients at each site for an average of three months per assignment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; NJ RN licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Possess exemplary critical care skills and knowledge; provide professional care.
• Organize and administer individualized patient care within an assigned unit.
• Support RWJBarnabas Health and department standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in patient teaching and discharge planning.
• Engage in unit Performance Improvement activities.
