Responsibilities

• Enters and reconciles patient charges daily.
• Completes payments and works with vendors for reimbursement.
• Audits and ensures patient charts are completed.
• Maintains documentation and records with strong attention to detail.
• Enters and maintains physician blocks.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Acts as a back-up resource for scheduling and related processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
