Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 3 years of nursing experience in hospital (inpatient) or clinical (outpatient) setting with at least 1 year of leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including cost, finance, HR, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes.
• Serves as part of the entity management team and Shared Governance Model focused on mission, vision and nursing values.
• Responsible for succession planning, identifying talent, providing support and resources to grow future nursing leaders.
• May be required to assist in staffing to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
