Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational leadership for assigned departments.
• Manage cost, finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and outcomes, and satisfaction.
• Contribute to governance through succession planning and staff development of future nursing leaders.
• May assist in staffing to deliver clinical care for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
