Pscfl is seeking an experienced Nursing - Clinical leader to assess, plan, and coordinate patient care, providing clinical leadership in a fast-paced unit. You will oversee department flow, mentor staff, and collaborate with anesthesia to optimize patient transfers, while ensuring compliance with policies and high service scores.

The role requires BSN or enrollment, active Florida eNLC, and 2+ years of acute care RN experience with leadership responsibilities.

Formación

• RN licensure in Florida or eNLC in good standing.
• AHA BLS in good standing.
• PALS within 1 year of hire.
• 2 years RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Experience managing day-to-day nursing unit operations.

Responsabilidades

• Review schedules, create on-call coverage, align with census fluctuations.
• Coordinate with anesthesia to optimize add-ons and transfers.
• Monitor attendance and enforce policy guidelines.
• Lead huddles and ensure department meets service scores.
• Communicate hospital updates and HCAHPS data to staff.
• Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to clinical staff and volunteers.
• Initiate handoff reports and assign care team; conduct daily rounds.
• Collaborate across disciplines to promote team care and Family Centered Care.
• Audit charts, consents, orders, H&Ps; plan care per policy.
• Oversee workflow during high census and route interventions accordingly.
• Support RN team with anesthesia emergencies and infection control.

Conocimientos

RN licensure (FL or eNLC)

AHA BLS

AHA PALS within 1 year

2 years adult/pediatric RN in acute

Nursing unit operations leadership

Educación

BSN degree or enrolled in BSN program

CNOR/CPN certification (within 5 years)
