Pscfl is seeking an experienced Nursing - Clinical leader for the Emergency Room Nursing department. The role requires coordinating patient flow, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring high quality, family-centered care.

Ideal candidate holds a BSN, Florida RN license, and current CPR, CPI and PALS certifications. Leadership and governance participation are essential in a fast-paced, trauma-focused environment.

Qualifications

• RN with Florida license and 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Charge Nurse experience is required.
• PALS certification within 2 years of hire.
• CPI certification within 1 year in this position.
• CPR Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor patient flow and throughput.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve performance and outcomes.
• Promote cost containment and manage supplies.
• Lead nursing governance and unit committees.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and family-centered care.
• Document and communicate plan of care and patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and CMS policies.
• Provide direct patient care as needed during high census.
• Oversee nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Participate in Lean projects to improve workflow.
