Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room as a Circulator. This mid-level role focuses on patient safety and efficient perioperative flow in a fast-paced surgical setting.
You will perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams, maintain accurate documentation, and provide age-appropriate nursing care. Hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with on-call shifts; compensation includes a comprehensive
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with NC endorsement.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery and OR Circulating roles.
- Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and OB/GYN procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments.
- Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists for optimal outcomes.
- Maintain precise documentation for all procedures.
- Support the surgical team and ensure smooth workflow.
- Deliver age-appropriate nursing care throughout perioperative process.
