Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN Circulating in the Operating Room to join our Surgical Services team. This role requires operating room circulation experience, meticulous nursing practice, and a commitment to patient safety in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have an Associate’s or Nursing Diploma with completion of a BSN within 60 months. A $20k sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, with standard RN responsibilities and excellent teamwork within the OR.

Qualifications

• RN Circulating OR experience required.
• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN within 60 months preferred.
• BLS and unit-specific certifications are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room under physician supervision.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage IV lines as needed.
• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical staff to ensure safe procedures and outcomes.
• Document care and support post-anesthesia recovery planning.
